Question about organic milk?
So I've been drinking a cup of fat free organic milk a day. I use it in all recipes that require cream / milk. I'm too conscious about fat because I eat a diet rich in nuts and olive oil. My question is, am I losing the fatty acid DHA present in 1% or 2% milk? I just read that a major benefit of drinking organic milk is that we have a fair balance between PUFA and MUFA, which in turn helps our bodies fight inflammation. It is also good for weight loss. Any ideas? Thanks for the information.
