Weight Loss Running Plan

Question about two days past, the aunt of my weight loss plan?
She has been running and walking around a track for a couple of weeks now. The past two days she said that the pork chops ate my grandmother made and some steamed rice with it and some tater tots. I told him that she is likely just putting the calories you burned the food back in that kind of fats, fatty food, less rice, which is being made with butter. Is this correct or I'm wrong?
you're right. anything that sounds good. including rice, rice actually has a lot of calories, like 180 in 2 / 3 cup or something well. do have to see it.
