Exercises to lose belly fat is not my boobs?
I weigh 210 now, just lost 30 pounds by accident due to loss of appetite. I guess who have already lost this weight that i should continue releasing my second loss for the year perhaps better food. At this point I'm just eating what looks good (not really) i eat at the dinner of pasta, meat or whatever occasionally a bowl of cereal, anyway, my question is: Is there any way I can start working out my stomach and not lose my breasts DD? and there is some advice to anyone is for this? im not looking for a diet. just something to help me be healthier. by the way I am 18 ยบ 5'2 "i must be 137 pounds, but that is not happening. I understand that my weight isn't healthy, but as I'm not looking for a healthy weight, I just want to keep the chest and be able to go places without losing his breath.
Unfortunetly boobs are mostly fat. but if you want to work exclusively in the stomach, try abdominal or planks. but things like chest or lots of cardio would get rid of some of her breasts
