Heathly weight loss meal plan …?
I have 21, 5'4 "and 190 pounds on the month. I'm looking to lose about 50 pounds in a short more than 5. I think this is a healthy weight loss period. I am very committed and I am beginning to work. My workouts are lasting about 30-40 minutes and include: Monday-Tuesday cardio-upper body workout Wednesday-Thursday-Cardio lower body training and cardio Friday and Saturday combined upper and lower body I've done weight watchers before and know it works, but I am looking for another way to treat without the points. I'm thinking of something in the line 5 or 6 small meals about 2.5-4 hours apart (depending on when I can really eat, but no more than 4 hours). I have a general idea of what would a good meal plan, but any suggestions would be great. Also, I'm looking to tone up after losing some weight. Any specific ideas for exercises to make it fit into my training plan? Thanks in advance for the help!

Start trying to eat five servings of vegetables and total fruit everyday.
