My calorie requirements? : Your professional opinion, please?
I've been searching online for a few days trying to figure out my needs calories to lose weight. However, estimates vary widely and sometimes conflict with each other. Like to know of a true professional. Here statistics me: Male, 36 years old, 5'8, 210 lbs I am a teacher, I see a lot of TV and play video games during the week. Not very active outside of school, except … I 1.5h in the gym 4 times a week. 30 minutes running / 1 hour with moderate weight training throughout the body. My weekends are moderately active. Walking the city, go shopping with my SO. My goal: I want to lose two pounds a week. I've been trying since 1700 calories (hunger!) And full 3000, but feeling that I I ate too much. I have been caring for yo-yo around that range during the week, depending on how hungry I'm on a particular day. How many calories should I take in day to day?
