hi what I am losing weight on this diet so kind. " I'm just removing wheat, junk food and not eating after 7 PM. but to start my day in the morning I would like a recipe for a smoothie breakfast food loss weight. Camino / jogging every morning to something I can take with me on the road. In addition, the shock is only for breakfast or I can drink at lunch, too? Protein is good I just want something thats healhty and good for losing weight. Thanks <33

Not sure if I understand correctly. You want a shake you can take with you while you are running? I do not think that's a good idea. If you do any physical activity, you want to make sure not to eat too much in the two or three hours before exercise, depending on how intense you exercise. That said, you can have a banana or a handful of almonds before your walk / jog. As for protein shakes, take less than 30 minutes of finishing the exercise. Want some simple carbs (fruits) and proteins (milk, whey protein, nuts, soy) that will help to recover and build muscle tissue. Not until boulder, just tone muscle and help burn fat.
