fat loss, muscle gain?

Heres my situation ….. 17 years old, 155 pounds .. 6 '1 ".. my body is very clumsy I'm looking and sick of it … I seem to be skinny, and most of my body … but I have no stomach fat layers and the dreaded "man boobs" hahaha … I'm not weak, but I seem to have no muscle tone … so after years of trying to hide and convince people I'm not as thin as they think I am … I'm ready for change .. I think I've decided to cut soda from my diet, drinking water …. especially increasing protein intake, and start lifting heavy weight with few repetitions, and after doing a workout lfiting 20 to 30 minutes of cardio to burn some more fat … after i, while alternating with low weight high rep .. I do not mind if I littlle bulk one, if it is muscle and fat leaves this sound like a good plan where I could see fast results? I at least have significant results in two weeks (for school) because this stupidity has kept me in a shell of waaay to long and I have to be myself … comfort
