best diet / training plan?
What is the best diet to lose weight fast? I know low fat low calorie, but I refer to specific foods than the ovbious fruit, salad, etc and what is the best amount of time in the gym per day and what the relationship cardiovascular disease resistance training and speed to lose weight (about 2 pounds a week, etc)
